Story

In its second vintage, the 2021 Simon Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon presents an elegant and classic wine, blended from some of Napa Valley’s most distinguished vineyards, including Sleeping Lady Vineyard, Tench Vineyard and Rocca's Collinetta Vineyard.

2021 was a textbook superb vintage, warm and sunny, offering the luxury of extended hang time, and allowing the grapes to achieve optimal ripeness. It will be a vintage remembered for low yields and intense, small berries packed full of flavor. These wines will be a collector’s favorite for several years to come.

Tasting Notes

Discover captivating aromas of violet and blueberry, complemented by warm spices of cinnamon, nutmeg, and a lingering hint of crème de cassis. The full-bodied palate reveals layers of dark plum and blackberry with fresh mountain herbs. Structured from well-integrated tannins and a perfect balance of acidity, this Cabernet Sauvignon provides a long and lasting finish. While approachable at an early age, expect an exquisite evolution over the next 15 years.
